At Whitsunday Veterinary Surgery, we understand not all animals can be brought into our clinic due to their size and/or temperament. That’s why we provide home and farm visits for animals throughout the Whitsundays.

These animals can be the following:

• Horses - Whitsunday Veterinary Surgery can help you with your equine care such as vaccinations, general medicine, castrations and minor surgery. All horses will be required to have a recent Hendra Vaccination in order to be treated by our vets.
• Small Mammals - we can help with the care and treatment of guinea pigs, rats and mice.
• Reptiles and Fish  - Whitsunday Veterinary Surgery can assist with the husbandry and treatment of pet snakes, lizards and fish.
• Poultry and Caged Birds - our surgery can provide treatment and care of your Avian friends.
